Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The Service is intended for individual personal use only. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated herein. We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Participation in certain earning activities may be subject to additional geographic or demographic restrictions imposed by our third-party partners. We are not responsible if a particular offer or survey is unavailable in your region.

2. Account Registration & Verification

You must register for an account using a valid email address and complete email verification before you may earn coins or request withdrawals. One account per person is strictly enforced: you may not create or operate multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, devices, or email addresses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@fuplus.cc if you suspect any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification or phone verification, as a condition of continued access to earning features or withdrawal processing. Identity documents provided must be valid, unexpired, and legible. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation in a timely manner is grounds for withholding rewards or denying access.

We are not obligated to disclose the specific fraud-prevention, verification, or account-integrity signals, thresholds, or methods underlying any verification or fraud determination; these systems are confidential and proprietary.

3. Coins & Earnings

Fuplus coins ("Coins") are virtual reward credits with no monetary or real-world value except as expressly described in these Terms. Coins are not currency, property, or a financial instrument of any kind. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users.

The redemption rate is 1,000 Coins = $1.00 (US Dollar equivalent), unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific promotional offer. This rate may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.

You may earn Coins through the following activities: completing offers, surveys, and video tasks provided by our third-party offerwall partners; daily check-in streaks; Lucky Wheel spins (subject to spin ticket availability); completing missions; applying valid bonus codes; and through the referral program described in Section 6. All earning activities are subject to availability and partner terms.

Coins that have not been redeemed may expire after 1 year of account inactivity or as otherwise specified. We will endeavor to provide notice before expiration where practicable. Expired Coins are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

We reserve the right to change or limit the Offers or Rewards available, your ability to participate in certain Offers, the eligibility or allowable frequency of Offers, and the number or type of Rewards you can receive for a given Offer or time period. Such changes apply to past, present, and future Rewards unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Withdrawals & Cash Out

Minimum withdrawal thresholds start as low as 2,000 Coins ($2.00 equivalent), though the exact minimum, available withdrawal methods, and current rates vary by method and are displayed within your account dashboard. You may submit a withdrawal request once your account balance meets the minimum threshold for your chosen method.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review and verification. Processing typically occurs within 2 to 72 hours of submission, though this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. We reserve the right to extend the review period for security, compliance, or operational reasons without notice.

We do not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but you are solely responsible for any network fees, transaction fees, or charges imposed by payment processors, blockchain networks, or gift card issuers. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency withdrawals are determined at the time of processing and may vary from the rate displayed at submission.

We reserve the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request that we reasonably suspect involves fraud, policy violations, or unresolved holds. Withdrawal methods and minimum thresholds are subject to change; current rates and options are displayed within your account dashboard.

Gift card withdrawals are digital and delivered electronically through your Orders page in your Account. You will be notified of updates to your withdrawal status by email and/or push notification. Once a gift card has been delivered, the transaction is final; we are not the issuer of any gift card and are not responsible for the goods or services provided by the issuer. You bear the risk of loss for any code once it has been delivered and are responsible for safeguarding it.

All redemptions are final. No re-crediting, reversal, or refund of Coins will be issued for any reason once a withdrawal has been successfully completed, except as expressly provided in Section 5.

5. Holds & Reversals

Certain Coin credits may be placed in a temporary hold status for up to 90 days following the completion of an offer or task. During this hold period, the Coins are credited to your account but are not available for withdrawal. This hold period allows time for advertiser verification and fraud review.

Offer rewards are contingent upon final confirmation from the relevant third-party advertiser or partner. If an advertiser reverses, cancels, or charges back a conversion (for any reason, including fraud detection, terms violations, or technical error), we are entitled to deduct the corresponding Coins from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover a reversal, your balance may go negative, and future earnings will first be applied to offset the negative amount.

We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party advertisers or offerwall partners regarding approval or reversal of offer completions. If you believe a reversal was made in error, you may contact us at info@fuplus.cc; however, we cannot guarantee reinstatement of reversed Coins and our review is final.

6. Referral Program

You may earn referral rewards by inviting new users to Fuplus using your unique referral link or code. When a referred user successfully registers and verifies their email address, you may receive bonus Coins. In addition, you will earn a bonus equal to up to 30% of that referred user's offer earnings for as long as they remain an active member of the Service.

Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user is genuinely new to Fuplus, completes email verification, and earns Coins through legitimate offer activity. Referring yourself, creating accounts on behalf of others, or using fake or duplicate identities to generate referral rewards constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, including adjusting the bonus percentages or Coin rewards, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral bonuses in cases where we determine that the referred user's activity was fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Lucky Wheel & Promotions

From time to time we may offer the Lucky Wheel, bonus codes, leaderboard contests, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions"). Promotions may be governed by additional terms presented at the time of the Promotion, which will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

Spin tickets and other Promotion entries have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and, unless otherwise stated, expire at the end of the period in which they were issued. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion (including its prize structure, mechanics, or eligibility) at any time without prior notice, and prior participation does not entitle you to its continuation. We may disqualify participants, invalidate entries, or withhold prizes where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a Promotion was manipulated or its terms were violated.

8. Inactive Accounts & Rewards Expiration

We may treat an account as inactive if it has not been used to log in or earn Coins for 1 year, regardless of whether Coins or other balances remain on the account. Prior to closing an inactive account, we may, but are not obligated to, attempt to notify you by email with an opportunity to reactivate. Upon closure of an inactive account, any remaining Coins or other balances expire and are forfeited without compensation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) creating or using more than one account per person; (b) using a VPN, proxy server, Tor network, or any other means to disguise, mask, or misrepresent your geographic location or identity; (c) using bots, scripts, macros, automated tools, or any non-human means to complete offers, surveys, tasks, or other earning activities; (d) engaging in click fraud, survey fraud, offer fraud, or any other manipulation of our platform or our partners' platforms; (e) sharing, selling, or transferring your account or any Coins to another person.

You further agree not to: (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other user's account; (g) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (h) engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or availability of the Service; (i) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (j) harass, threaten, or abuse any other user or Company personnel.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of your entire Coin balance, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate fully with legal authorities in connection with any investigation. We may conduct routine or targeted account reviews and require you to provide, within a reasonable time, additional information or documentation to verify compliance with these Terms.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, inactivity, regulatory requirements, or business decision.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all unredeemed Coins in your account are immediately forfeited and you will have no claim to them. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, any pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled and the corresponding balances forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@fuplus.cc. Prior to closing, any eligible pending withdrawals that were submitted in good standing before the closure request will be processed in the normal course. Coins not submitted for withdrawal before closure are forfeited.

11. User Content & Conduct

If the Service allows you to post or submit content (for example, in a leaderboard display name, support message, or community feature), you represent that you own or control the rights to that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. Content must not be defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and must not impersonate any person or falsely suggest endorsement by us. We may remove any content and suspend the associated account at our discretion.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the Fuplus name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and underlying code, are owned by or licensed to Reward Junction LTD and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT, AVAILABILITY, OR TERMS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY OFFERWALL, ADVERTISER, OR PARTNER FEATURED ON THE SERVICE. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIRD-PARTY OFFERS IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THOSE THIRD PARTIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF YOUR UNREDEEMED COIN BALANCE AT THE TIME THE CLAIM ARISES, CALCULATED AT THE APPLICABLE REDEMPTION RATE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reward Junction LTD and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity by you in connection with the Service.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

15. Time Limit to File Claims

Unless prohibited by applicable law, any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or such claim is permanently barred.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify you via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of England and Wales, as applicable under local law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
